Aaron constant

Aaron Constant is a New Hampshire based photographer, book printer and imaging professional. In his 25 years behind the lens, he has photographed art collections in art galleries and private collections throughout Boston and NYC and consulted on such projects for book publication. Additionally, he has instructed students worldwide through online photography platforms. He has photographed assignment work for editorial and commercial clients, co-owned a fine art printmaking business and has printed numerous award-winning books for major museums, art galleries, and independent photographers throughout North America.

As a life-long canoeist and outdoorsman, Aaron has a personal connection to nature where much of his work is derived. Finding gratitude and inspiration in the bounty of the earth and its elements. He self-describes his photographs as capturing the magic of a singular moment in time. The current or ripple in a river is never the same; similarly, the light, the subject, and the universe is never the same either, as it changes moment to moment.

Aaron employs multiple mediums in his work shooting with an array of digital cameras, 4x5 large format black and white film, medium format color and black and white film and vintage Polaroid cameras, while controlling his process from capture to print.
