ARTIST STATEMENT
My first trip to the Museum of Fine Arts Boston as a young adult sparked my own desire to create. I'm continually inspired by nature, color, and light. Those elements fuel my inspiration. Through my creative journey, I have studied with various regional artists, attending classes and workshops at the Manchester Institute of Art and the Hollis Artspace. I work exclusively with oils. I love their rich texture and harmonious colors, which bring to life beautiful results. My compositions are rooted in landscapes, enhanced with abstract impressionistic touches. Following a long tenure in a previous profession, I am at a point in life where I am able to fully delve into my creative persona. This brings me a centered joy.
